I believe that leadership is about helping others to see their own ability to make a positive difference in the world.

A month into being back in our premises, it feels like this is the start of an exciting new chapter in Thrive's story. Even the physical space of the studio now feels fully aligned with our mission of Opening Hearts and Minds, Transforming Lives, Changing the World after its makeover.

At Thrive, we’ve discovered that the recipe for classes full of happy, engaged young musicians and their grown-ups is knowing that they belong to a studio community that supports and accepts them as they are on their good days as well as on their bad ones too.

You may have noticed that we take a different approach to music education at Thrive. I believe that if we’re going to change the world through music, then we need to redefine paradigms.

It’s a beautiful sight to behold as our Luminaries step into more of their own power. This is how we change the world through music.

At Thrive, we see our students grow not just in their ability to express themselves through music but also in many areas of their personal lives.

But it was from those same ashes that Thrive came to be. And I resolved to redefine what music education can be.
